    1. The reservation is to be made by the guests individually and exclusively on the call-off form, which must sent by e-mail or fax to the respective hotel.

    2. Bookings, changes and cancellations must be made in writing.

    3. The individual bookings are guaranteed by the credit card details of the respective guest.

    4. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival during trade fair and event periods. Outside of trade fair periods, individual rooms may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

    5. Payment is to be made upon check-in.
